Conference Orienteering World Championship

Campus area – start in Relax Park
Try a real orienteering course right at the university campus where EuroCarto 2026 takes place!
You can start anytime between 10:00 and 17:00. Registration takes place directly at the start in Relax Park, where the organisers will give you a map and explain everything you need to know. No previous orienteering experience is required.
Completing the course will take approximately 5–15 minutes. And you do not have to run – you are equally welcome to walk the course and simply enjoy exploring the campus.
Choose between two courses:
Short course: 0.5 km straight-line distance
Long course: 0.9 km straight-line distance
You will navigate using a real orienteering map with a special map key, find checkpoints around the university campus, and record your visit using electronic punching. At the finish, you will get your results and can compare not only your overall time, but also your split times between individual checkpoints with other participants.
Just one month ago, the Czech Republic hosted the Orienteering World Cup. Now it is your turn to compete!
Come to Relax Park, grab a map, and challenge your fellow cartographers. The fastest competitors will earn the prestigious title of Conference Orienteering World Champion!
No training. No qualification. Just a map, a few checkpoints, and your chance for cartographic glory!
