Are you presenting at EuroCarto 2026? Whether you’re giving an oral presentation or presenting a poster, the information below will help you prepare for your session. Please also make sure that you provided your consent for publishing in ICA Abstracts special volume.
Oral presentations
We’re looking forward to your presentation! To help the sessions run smoothly, please follow these guidelines:
- Presentation format: 16:9 widescreen in PPTX or PDF
- Upload your presentation:

- Deadline: 7th September
- In exceptional cases, uploading will also be possible at the Info point in the Library, at least one day before your presentation
- Please note that presenting from your own laptop is not possible. All presentations must be uploaded in advance and will be available on the computer in your session room.
- Presentation length for oral presentation: 15 minutes (12 presentation + 3 discussion)
- Presentation length for lightning talk: 5 minutes (5 presentation, no discussion)
Posters
Poster sessions are a great opportunity for discussion and networking. Please note the following:
- Poster format: A1 portrait
- Poster installation: hand in your poster at the Library Info point after registration, we will take care of its installation.
- Poster session: Authors are expected to be present at their posters during the scheduled poster session.
- Print & bring yourself, tips for printing places in Brno near the conference site:
- CopyCentrum 6:30–17:00;
- Powerprint 8:30-17:00
