Are you presenting at EuroCarto 2026? Whether you’re giving an oral presentation or presenting a poster, the information below will help you prepare for your session.
Oral presentations
We’re looking forward to your presentation! To help the sessions run smoothly, please follow these guidelines:
- Presentation format: 16:9 widescreen in PPTX or PDF
- Upload your presentation:
- Approximately a month before the conference, you will receive upload instructions and a link where you can submit your presentation.
- The upload portal will remain open until a specified deadline, which will be communicated together with the upload instructions.
- Please note that presenting from your own laptop is not possible. All presentations must be uploaded in advance and will be available on the computer in your session room.
- Presentation length for oral presentation: 15 minutes (12 presentation + 3 discussion)
- Presentation length for lightning talk: 5 minutes (3 presentation + 2 discussion)
Posters
Poster sessions are a great opportunity for discussion and networking. Please note the following:
- Poster format: A1 portrait
- Poster installation: TBD
- Poster session: Authors are expected to be present at their posters during the scheduled poster session.
